Workout 18.1
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
8 toes-to-bars
10 dumbbell hang clean and jerks
14 / 12-cal. row

  1. I did 12 cal row, TTB, 30 lb DB hang cleans. I completed 6 rounds + row and 5 TTB. 30 lb was tough. Fun workout!

  2. I did 12 cal bike 7 rounds, 1 12 cal row, with 25# DB hang cleans. I finished 8 rounds plus ended on the bike with 11.6 calories. To beat my time I need to transition faster.

    I did 12 Cal Row 7 times, 1 bike, 1 ski (25 lb DB hang cleans & KTB)

  4. Well, I did 7 full rounds plus 7TTB and 3 cal row. At least 5 of the rounds were in the correct order then I had to switch it up cuz rowers were in use. Skied one round. 25 pounds on right arm, 20lb on left.

  5. Did this one again but did it with the new divisions.
    Division 1 - 20lb dumbells and knees to elbow
    Division 2 - 20lb dumbells and TTB- toes touch the bar
    Your score is total reps and cal

    I did Division 2- my total reps were 275 (9 rounds). I did it in the sequence listed and did not restart the rower each time.

  6. I did Division 1: 277 Reps ~ started my 10th round

  7. I did 6 rounds plus one extra row, giving 192 reps. Did TTB. 20 #, rowed all rounds. (Division 2)
