    Chel- 33:25 55lb bk squat, 45 lb sumo, 1 round of GHD rest 30 wb sit ups. Rowed all 4 rounds. Couldn't figure out why my neck was tweaked this morning, I think it was from rowing with the 20lb vest, super awkward! Enjoy your weekend!

  2. LA - 32:20 - 40 lb calf raises, 25 lb sumos, 1 ghd then all 15 knees to elbows and ran all 400m - was really hard after yesterdays!

  3. Dawn 30:24. Almost puked. 55 lb weighted squats, 35 lb sumos. 3 rounds of GHDs and running. 1 round rowing and WB sit-ups.

  4. PR by 5 sec!! 33:20. This time I did GHD all 4 rounds, terrible headache now :(, same weight on everything else, rowed.

  7. PR Yay!! 27:59. All GHDs this time and rowed since it was snowy. Maybe bigger sumos. Did 35 lb and 55 lb squats. Tried a few DUs.
