Ab day
Started with 100 sit ups- non of us got a PR. Nice try girls! We are going to get Beth to 100 sit ups before Chrsitmas!


5 rounds
10 TTB or KTE
15 GHD sit ups
25 wall ball sit ups with 10lb ball
50 sit ups

  2. 28:45 - did 25 mason twist w/12lb ball instead of wall ball sit ups! I'm afraid to even cough later...it's going to hurt!

  3. 25:55 big time PR but we also didn't do 100 sit ups for time right before. I am sure that made some difference

  13. You are so right Dawn, what is wrong with me?? I think we still would have gotten a PR though. All I know right now if I laugh, cough or sneeze I have to brace myself so 25 more TTB may have ripped my ab muscle right off my stomach

  15. 23:00 PR - yah! 12lb mason twist instead of wall balls. (didn't do 100 sit ups first so that probably helped)!

    Did all 5 rounds. Struggled with the regular sit ups, which slowed me down. 3x GHD, 2x 25 back extensions

  21. 24:18! Did wallball situps today instead of mason twists. Also, 3 rounds of GHD and then 2 rounds of GHD back ext.
