On a 35-minute clock with a partner:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
30 double-unders
15 pull-ups
15 push-ups
100-meter sprint

  1. Chelle- we subbed push ups for push press. 7 rounds + 19 DU. 45lb PP and I rowed all 100 m sprints.

  2. 7 rounds and 4 pull-ups. 45lb pp. did 30 step ups instead of jump rope and rowed the 100's.
