Chelle- we subbed push ups for push press. 7 rounds + 19 DU. 45lb PP and I rowed all 100 m sprints.
7 rounds and 4 pull-ups. 45lb pp. did 30 step ups instead of jump rope and rowed the 100's.
7 rounds and finished pull ups! 33lb pp - ran all 100 sprints!
