That is 240 cal on the rower girls!! 42:42. 45 sumos, 25 kb for the walking lunge, 15 lb dumbbell for the triceps. Walking lunges w the kettle bell hurt my arm, wasn't a big fan. I liked the weighed triceps, need to work on those. Great job on your sit ups Beth!!
So glad I finished! 15 lbs sumos, 12 lbs triceps, 15 lbs lunges. At this early stage, I'm not overdoing it because I don't want to hurt myself! Can't remember my exact time - it was in the low 50's.

Wow!! about died on the rower. 49:11 - 25 lb sumos, 15lb dumbbell for tris - 30lb backsquat instead of lunges
