1st minute 15 wall balls
2nd minute 15 burpees


Keep going until you cant complete 15 reps in one minute
Once you are unable to complete 15 reps take a 1 min break and then
Reduce the reps to 10 per minute until you have completed 20 minutes

  1. This was very hard! I thought I would have failed on the wall balls but I actually couldn't complete 15 burpees after the 2nd round so I finished the rest of the 20 min doing 10 reps of each.

  2. This was hard! I only got through 1 round of the 15s. Rowed 500m after and 50 sit-ups.
