From 5:00-10:00

  1. Usually we do this with thrusters but my legs were sore.
    I did 0-5 min 33lb, 5-10 min 43lbs, 10-15 min 45lbs, 15-20 min 47 lbs. At the end I could hardly get 5 per minute. Definitely one to work on
