  1. I did 83 burpees. 35lb kb, 45lb sumo, 35lb squat. Goblets squats were hard with 35lbs! Fun wo
    I sent that link yesterday about the top 10 fat burning wo and one was 7 min of burpees, Kendra requested! We did some fat burning girls!

  4. 95 burpees today. That was awful, but I got a PR! Truly almost died. Had to keep up with Kendra. She was on a tear!!
