Started w/ box jumps. Jumped (!) using the 17" box, 30 lb KB, 5 rounds pull ups w/ bands, 2 rounds ring pull ups7 rounds + 8 BJ + 6 KB

Started with pull-ups. 35 lb KB. Hands ripped after 8 rounds so I subbed 16 push-ups. Did 10 rounds plus 13 push-ups.
