From Aug 2628:08, did my best at pull ups (with many bands) and did 25 elevated push-ups,30 lb kb, 15 lb triceps, 24 lb (?) press (bar w /red tips)
30:22. This one sadly put my arms out of commission (for real)!26lb pp, 15lb KB, all pull-up with 2 red bands, 8&15lb triceps, 1/2 rowed - 1/2 speed-walked.
