  • 180 reps of your choice
  • Complete 6 min of plank and wall sit
  • Try to complete at least one rep of a move you have never done or struggle with

  1. I did 30 reps of each- press 45lb, goblet squat 35lb kb, ghd sit up, kte, ttb, box jump. Did all 6 min wall sit- ouch!! Completed about 3 handstand push ups. Fun!

  2. Fun one! 30 reps each: push press 33lb, box steps, gm, kte, gob squat 25lbs, push ups. Tried my muscle ups...hard again - got one arm/elbow up!

  3. 30 reps each:
    Goblet squat (30 lb), wb sit ups (10 lb), push ups, wb (14 lb!), a 30 cal row, and walking lunges. Did a few pull ups with 1 black and 2 red bands. Had a hard time with the planks this time 2 min x 3.
