I did 2- 7:30, 3- 9:36, 1- 8:40. 25lb snatches. I think this one will be fun to do again and try for a PR. You gotta push yourself each 10 min chunk cause you get a pretty big break before you start the next 10 min. (usually. #3 was the hardest for me
ReplyDeleteI did 3)8:58 2)7:10 1)8:54 25lb snatches on 2 out of three rounds. Round 2- I couldn't find it so I used the 20lb for snatches. That was a tough WO, but it was good!
ReplyDeleteorder- 1-8:20, 2-7:53, 3-rowed 400, ttb, box steps, didn't get to snatches. 15lb snatches and inverted burpees. Tough!
