Ski - 32 Cal; Row - 38 Cal (I got 36 Cal on last time); Bike - 31 Cal; Sit up - 82 (I did 72 last time); Pull up - 37 w/3 bands (this was super hard, but I did more than I thought I could. and last time I did 54 but with rings) Squats - 124 ( I did 98 last time, so this was a big improvement) **Last time is comparing to Jan 26th wo
