50 BK squat
10 rope- or 75 pull ups
Run 800 meters with weight

You can partion the items between the run
Example-
5 rounds
20 TTB
10 BK SQ
2 rope or 15 pull ups

  1. 33:11 - I knew this one was going to be hard. I had every intention of doing the 800m straight with the 35lb bag but once I started running I knew I was going to have to split it up. I did 400 at the beginning, after 2 round, after 4th round and at the end. I partioned like the example above but my legs are still sore so I did 65lb push press instead of bk squat.

  2. 33:54. Split up the 800m run into 4 400 m runs. Started with the run then I did it after every round. Didn't run 5th round. 65lb back squat. 3 bands with pull-ups

  3. 26:29/28:06 I liked this wo so much I did it 2x. Did 20K Back Squats and 25# KB. Pull ups were once again, super hard.
