  1. I got through what is written above plus ski, BJ, TRI, Sit ups and then 70m on the rower.
    I did 20lb tri and it was very hard!!
    I really wanted to do LA wo but I am sore everywhere so I did this one today and will do that one this weekend.

  2. Finished 4 full rounds (2 bikes) + 100 ski. (Box step-ups, and 15lb triceps). It's been over an hour and my arms are still shaky!!!

  3. Did 3 rounds in 18 minutes. Used 20# on the triceps. Had to get to work!! Step ups rather than jumps!

  4. I did 25 box steps on each leg for all 3 rounds and did 2 rounds with 60 sit ups instead of 50. 20lb triceps, which was an increase for me.

    Finished all three rounds just in 30 min because of the extra bj's

  5. I did 4 full rounds (two were row) and extra BJ/Tripcept/sit up. I started with 20# for triceps but after one round realized I needed to go down to 15#.
