Saturday workout-
200 calories - must use all cardio machines to complete the calories
50 box jump burpees
300/100 single or DU jump rope
100 wall ball sit ups
50 TTB or KTE

Partition however you like to complete all reps

  1. 48:35. I made this one up trying to find moves that were more cardio and abs cause everything is sore. My cardio was 50 ski, 50 row, 25 bike, 25 ski, 50 bike. Did all 100 wb sit ups in a row. This was a really hard one, but a fun one for a Saturday

  2. 47:47 cardio 70 row, 30 ski, 30 bike, 45 row, 25 bike, WB sits done in 25's, did 55 double unders and then 45 double unders. What a workout!!

  3. 52:56. Good think I didn't know this wo before I showed up to the gym. Killer long, but so glad I did it! 40bike/160 row; inverted burpees/step ups; 300 single jump rope; 50 pull-ups and 50 trip kickbacks (in place of WB sit-ups and TTB).

  4. I lost my photo of this but I remember I finished at the same time as Chelle 48:35. I did most my cardio on the rower and 20 calories on the bike and 20 on the ski. Did step ups, singles for jump rope, 100 WB in a row and 1/2 TTB and 1/2 KTE.
