20 min AMRAP
10 pull ups
15 push ups or burpees
20 single legged squats - 10 per leg

400m after every 3 rounds or you can add the 400m every round.
Record how many rounds you completed

  1. Finished 4 full rounds. Did the cardio at the end of every round. Pull-ups w/ two bands. Push-up. Good all over work out.

  2. Only did Cardio after three rounds. Had started round 7 : completed pull ups and 10 one legged squats. Only biked twice.

  3. Only did cardio after 3 rounds. Round 7 - completed pull ups, push ups & one legged squats. 2 400m runs.
    Next time would add in cardio on every round

  5. 5 Rounds w/ bike for cardio* after each round

    *Did this with Alecia ~ we messed up the cardio and only did 400m bike (not 1000) after every round until the last round when we caught it. I was out of it this am ~ I thought we did 1,000 the first 2 rounds, but I think she was right and we only did 400 for the first 4 :( foggy Monday :)

  6. 5 Rounds w/ Bike cardio after each round (see Nancy's note above). I always forget to do the bike for 1000! My goal next time is to complete 5 rounds with 5 1k bikes in the 20 minutes.
