Row- cal
sit ups w/ weight
Farmer carry with 35lb KB's

  1. I thought the bar OH lunges were easier than the 35lb bumper. Snatches, Bk Ext. Fun workout and a great group!

  2. 33:45. Did 33# bar first round of OH lunges, but only 25# plate the second round (the bars and plate were being used). Did Sumo Squats (41 with 30# and 6 reps with 45#), jump rope, good mornings. Happy Birthday Jenn!

  4. Ha! Didn't pay any attention to my time.
    Lunges holding 30# at my sides, then squats w/33# bar.
    Goblet squats.
    74 sit ups w/12#, 20 w/no weight

  5. 33# walking lundges—cheated and had the bar on my back for about 20 of them, 20# snatches, 30# GM, rowed 2 because the skier was occupied. Super fun. Didn’t pay attention to my time but I know I finished last. Happy Birthday Jen!

  6. I think it was 38:45 for me. I did the rubber bar for OH lunges, back ext, tough but good.
