Partner workout
buy in - 5 min of jump rope

-------then-----
5 rounds
800m bike
30 sec bar hang
20 ghd sit ups
15 cal ski

stick together on the bike and bar hang then one of you skies while the other does GHD sit ups. Once you are done w the sit ups hang from the bar until your partner finishes the ski.

-----Then-----
5 rounds
5 box jump burpees
100 m bike

  1. Dawn and I did this together, it was fun! We added the 5 rounds of burpees and bike at the end so that took us a little time to set up but our overall time was 41:48 including the 5 min of jump rope.

  4. I did this with Jenn, we forgot to do the 5 minutes of jump rope, so added five minutes to our time. 42:37. Jenn, we need to do this again and beat our time!
