LA - 31:57 - ran 400 and 25 back squats at 33lb instead of lunges
Hopes. This was hard. Did the sit-ups first, then lunges, run. 33:00

Only did 4 rounds. Got 25:43. Not bad. Had to sub 20 squats for last 20 lunges. Ouch my butt!!
