  1. Chel- 28:53 4 rounds (time included the 2 min rest). I know I am a big wuss and should have completed 5 rounds but everyone was done and my shoulders were so tired. 3 rounds I did 50 lb press, last round I did 45. Next time I think I will just do 45lb.
    Way to go Heather for practicing DU's I need a pal to do those with!

  2. 25:45 - (forgot the 2 min rest between w/o) - 12lb wall balls - 3 pull ups instead of burpees, 30 lb presses - tough one that didn't look that bad!
