Chel- the order I did was KB, V sit ups, GHD, OHD squats. I did 3 rounds plus KB, Vsit ups and 20 GHD. 33lb bar OH Squat. (I never post my KB weight because I always do 35lb and I will never do anymore than that :-)
Dawn - 3 rounds plus v sit-ups and 20 OHShits. My shoulders hurt already. Did sit-ups then OHS, then GHD and 30 lb kb. Oh yeah. Also did 10 extra KBs. Oops.

ReplyDeleteLA - 3 rounds + ghd and kb. 25 lb kb, 24 lb OH squats. That was hard especially the squats!
