Run 400 meters
21 walking lunges
15 pull-ups
9 burpees
If you have a 20-lb. weight vest or body armor, wear it.

  1. Chelle- 43:43 another site I saw said 21 lunges so I did lunges in place, didn't realize they were suppose to be walking lunges. I wore the vest 5 runs and 2 rows. Great combination of moves!!

  2. LA - 45:00 - squats, pull ups, knees to elbows instead of burpees. Wore vest with squats 5 of 7 times. That was a hard one!

  3. Kendra 45:40. I think I did 6 rounds instead of 7....got screwed up on the run...
    Only did 10 pull-ups on last round and towed last 400

  4. Dawn- 47:30 with a few dog interruptions. No weight vest. Those pull-ups were hard!!

  5. Today I only wore the vest during the walking lunges. Rowed all rounds. 40:48 Really sucking wind today, felt really tired and my abs are super sore!!

  6. Rowed all rounds, did 18 push-ups last two rounds instead of burpees because ankle jacked up. Need to reduce my band use for half of the pull ups next time

  7. 42:58 - rowed all rounds, inverted burpees, 30lb back squats instead of lunges, pull ups with small band!

  8. 43:17 - rowed 3 rounds and walked 4 rounds, inverted burpees, lunges with 16lbs, pull-ups with 2 red bands. This one killed me - took a nap later in the day!
