  1. Chel- 9:14 (first time doing Karen hitting the 9ft target) Craig called from the airport this morning- he had forgotten his wallet!!! So I had to call on my trusty friend "Karen" for a quick but hard workout!! Heather and I ran and rowed 400m and then did the 150 wall balls. Kendra was there for the WBs. Girls, never worry if you need to come and do a quickie, Karen is here for you, mwahaha!!!
