  2. Dawn - 32:17. Subbed 400m run for the 27 KBs. Don't want to aggrevate my shoulder. 3 of the 5 runs with the weight vest.

  3. Chel-29:12 I couldn't find my last time. This is a shoulder killer for sure so in the past I would do 14 KB instead of 27. This time my shoulder felt pretty good so the last 2 rounds I did 27 and then at the end did 27 more so total of 123 (should have been 135), Dawn and LA were super tough and did 27 all 5 rounds. Sumos 45lb, thrusters 45 lb, KB 35lb. box jumps. My shoulders feel fine right now but I feel like my legs are going to give away.

  5. 27:45- wont look forward to beating that time. I did it just as it is written this time. 35lb KB, 45lb thruster, 45lb Sumo. So hard!!!

  8. 28:11. I did back squats instead of thrusters and only 35# KB swings/sumo squats. At the end I was doing geriatric burpees....

  9. 23:50 45lb back squats instead of thrusters because of shoulder, 30lb KBs, 35lb goblet squats. Box jumps and regular burpees. I may have skipped something! Had to jump around to find available equipment.

  10. 26:47 33# thrusters were a little light, 45# sumos, 30# KB, box step ups with riser and regular burpees. Thought about Victoria the whole time and made me feel good that I was doing this difficult wo.
