  1. Chel- 28:50 25lb dumbbell snatches- I alternated 10,10, 5 and 5. rowed 400, ran 400. Felt super out of breath on the run. Good job Kendra!

  2. Kv 28:50 20 lb kettle bell. Burpees killed me! Need to work on form with dumbbell snatches:)

  3. Very hot today! PR! 27:02. 25lb snatch, this time I did 15 on each arm wo stopping. Ran 400/row 400 each round. Great job on your PR Kendra!!
