Kv 28:50 20 lb kettle bell. Burpees killed me! Need to work on form with dumbbell snatches:)
Very hot today! PR! 27:02. 25lb snatch, this time I did 15 on each arm wo stopping. Ran 400/row 400 each round. Great job on your PR Kendra!!
26:10. Need to go up to 25 for half of snatches next time. Hard workout!!!!
