odd min- 7 Push press/5 toes to bar
even min- 5 box junps/7 wall balls
EMOM 10 min
odd min- 5 pull ups/sit ups until the minute is over
even min- 5 burpees/7 wall balls
Dawn wanted hard, I think this exceeded hard. Guys didn't even do the last 10 minutes. Way to go Dawn on the pull ups again, no band!! We did 55lb thrusters and push press, thrusters were really hard!
ReplyDeleteWas a good WO. Needed a tough one to kick my big butt. Gonna try not drinking for a few days to loose a few pounds before the turkey sets in!!
