Kettle bell squats (hold the kb in front of you and squat down)

2nd wo-
21-18-15-12-9
pull ups
burpee to bar (do a burpee and for the jump touch the pull up bar with both hands)

  1. 37:57 That was hard for Monday! I did the 2nd wo first. I swung the 35 lb kb and also held it for the squats. WOW!
