  3. 30:20 - 33lb push press instead of thrusters and 33lb back squats instead of lunges. Ran all 5 rounds. I'm with you Chelle, still fighting something...not a lot of energy!

  5. 30:43 - ran all. 15lb Calf raise/tri kickback instead of thrusters. 25lb goblet squat instead of lunges. Fun!

  6. 26:32. Did 30 mountain climbers instead of the thrusters because my back is tweaked. Did the TTBs. Weight vest in the lunges. Ran.

    Started w/ 10 ghds, but those hurt my back, so I did 30 regular sit ups for each of the next 4 rounds
    33 lb thrusters (those were hard!!)
    Did step back lunges w/ two 12 lb weights (twingy knee)
