30:20 - 33lb push press instead of thrusters and 33lb back squats instead of lunges. Ran all 5 rounds. I'm with you Chelle, still fighting something...not a lot of energy!
From Oct 26: 36:42 Started w/ 10 ghds, but those hurt my back, so I did 30 regular sit ups for each of the next 4 rounds 33 lb thrusters (those were hard!!) Did step back lunges w/ two 12 lb weights (twingy knee)
I think I am still fighting this cold, felt low on energy. 31:06. 45lb thrusters. wore the weight vest
