2 rounds
4 min wall sit with 14 lb ball
2 min plank
1:40 iron cross
30 reps 15lb tricep kickback
50 sit ups with weighted ball


With your partner - if you fail to complete the entire time or reps than you and your partner run 400m and come back and finish out the time or reps of the move you failed on.

  1. Kendra and I were partners- I forgot to do a total time. We did 2.5 lb plates for iron cross, 15lb dumbbell for tricep, 12 lb ball for sit ups. No one failed, great mental challenge girls!

  2. Jen and I were partners I did wall sits with no weight, 1-lb for iron cross, 12lb for tricep kickbacks, and 25 sit-ups with 8lb ball and 25 sit-ups with no weight.
