Hero WOD TIGGER


T- 10 TTB
I- 10 Inverted burpees
G- 15 Goblet Squats w/ a kettle bell
G-  15 GHS sit ups
E-  10 Elevated push ups
R- 2 rounds 4 rope or 25 ring pulls and 2 rounds 40 cal row
