  1. Girls, I think doing the first round as a warm up actually helped us! I know you were mad at me but I think it helped. Total reps for me was 299. I did squats, burpees, snatches. 55lb squats, 25 lb dumbbell snatches

    20 lb snatches
    45 lb back squats (can probably try 50 lbs next time)
    Thank god for the 1 min rest between each round!! That was a hard one.
