Girls, I think doing the first round as a warm up actually helped us! I know you were mad at me but I think it helped. Total reps for me was 299. I did squats, burpees, snatches. 55lb squats, 25 lb dumbbell snatches
231 total reps 20 lb snatches 45 lb back squats (can probably try 50 lbs next time) Thank god for the 1 min rest between each round!! That was a hard one.
