This wo took us about an hour. It wasn't crossfit speed intense but each move was tough. I did 45lb presses and I really struggle with those. Plank was bothering my lo back today. My PR on dead hang pull ups has been 8 so today I tried for 9. Fun wo girls!
ReplyDeleteKendra did 100 pound bk squats!! Beth is getting really good on her pull ups. Dawn did 1 dead hang pull up! Great job girls.
I did 100 lb squats, but could only do 8 per round. 4 rounds, Need to stay with 100 lb back squats
