2 hand stand push ups
Instead of handstand push up you could do a total of 30 bicep curls
29:30 15lb kickbacks, 35lb squats. I did 400m carry with the lb vest and 2 10lb plates, ouch!! I recommend doing them one 100 at a time!! fun one! Happy birthday Dawn
