    26:10 - smallest metal bar for thrusters
    Need to work on thruster form. I don't think I was doing them correctly.

  2. 22:35 used the 45lb bar. ran 400 of the 800m rowed the rest. I think next time I could do 50 or 55lb thrusters.

  3. 30 lb bar for thrusters and 7 was my max and most consistent burpee count. I started at 12 thrusters and maxed out at 15. I have work to do..

  4. 22:11, But I only did 43 burpees pull-ups. Had to get to work!! Can probably do 50 lb thrusters next time as well.

  5. 25 minutes. Used my Fitbit as a timer, so not very accurate. Did 49 lb bar.

  8. PR! I went up in weight on the thrusters to 50lb, rode bike 1,000m for the 400m and 2000m for the 800m. 20:31. Laura and I actually did 12 burpee thrusters and then realized the clock wasn't working so we stopped, got the clock to work and started over!! Nice job Laura!

  9. 21:45, did 38# thrusters. Felt like I was cheating on the burpee pull-ups since I didn't have to jump very far to get to the bar.

  10. 22:15 38lb for thrusters then Chelle made me finish with 43lb! Ran the first half and then rowed the second. Barfalicious. Lovely 12 burpee pull up warm up. :-)
