  1. We had done so many TTB and KTE this week we decided to change it. instead of 10 KTE we did 10 pull ups and instead of 10 TTB we did 30 Tri kickBK. OMG at one point I went to do the burpees and my arms collapsed. 25 lb snatches. 40:29
