365 core moves (must complete 50 wall balls, rest is up to you)

  1. the one day the sidewalk was an ice skating rink!! We took turns wearing the yak tracks and everyone was safe. I did 6 reps in a row of hand stand push ups, 2 more and then the rest deadhang pull ups.
