17.1 - first crossfit open workout
For time:
10 dumbell snatches
15 burpee box jump overs
20 snatches
15 burpee
30 snatches
15 burpee
40 snatches
15 burpee
50 snatches
15 burpees

Of course we have to make it a little harder and add 100 cal on the cardio machines. Partition thought wo

  2. 37:45. Step-ups and inverted burpees. 12lb snatches (I need to keep my arm and closer to my body): rowed 75 cal, biked 25 cal).
