Not sure why I didn't realize this would be so much arms (my weakest!) 12# snatches; Rowed both rounds; did the Burpees and then Box step ups (I was afraid I would hurt my uncoordinated self!) 25# KB, and for Pull ups I did 10 w/3 bands and 30 on the rings. My arms were super tired by the pull ups...
