    20 lb snatches, 33 lb press (with a bit more leg bending than there should have been), 20 box steps on each leg (40 total each round)

  3. 4 full rounds Did #15 OHSU vs Press in 2 rounds. My arms were too tired. I was too ambitious with the 33# bar in the beginning. Did 12# snatches.
