  1. 40:35 - rowed all rounds. 25lb gob squat instead of lunges. 25lb kb, 12lb wall balls. Very tough!

  2. Wow, this was hard, only complete 4 rounds because I had to get to kindergarten graduation, but was glad to have an excuse to stop. Biked all, wore the wt vest for walking lunges, 12# wall balls, and 25# KB. 33:35.

  3. 38:54 - 5 rounds. Wore vest for lunges. 25lb KB but dropped to 20lbs after three rounds, 12lb wall ball
