  3. 29:42 20lb weight triceps for 4 rounds. 1 round of 15lbs. My back seized up on the presses. 33 lb presses. Gotta stretch!!

  10. 29:42. 45# press, 20# tricep kickback. Ski all 5 rounds. Sore from pull ups yesterday though so the kick backs were brutal.

  11. 32:30 (I think). Swapped the skiing for 3 bikes and 2 rows because we had to many people for one ski erg. Full disclosure, I volunteered to not ski - are you all surprised! 15lb tri kickbacks, and 24lb press (can orib go up next rime ). Tough, but great start to the week!
