  2. 28:05; I did 4 rounds only. I rowed and did 15# snatches; 25# KB for 3 rounds and 10# OHS for 1 round. (I really wanted to stop at 3 and pushed through with Kendra as my motivation...I thought well I'll just do a little of round 4 and then...) This was a hard work out. I was very sore in my hamstrings for several days.

  3. Did this w/o again today. Gluten.... But, I completed all 5 rounds today! I noted my time at the end of round 4 as 27:07 so about a minute faster than Thursday when I did this the first time. I finished the 5 rounds in 35:46...I've already started taking asprin!
