  8. 28:12 row, ran to Milwaukee, row and row, 35 lb sumos, box jumps and 12 lb ball for sit ups. PR!!!!! Although ski erg from before may have slowed me down.

  10. 25:19 Rowed all rounds. Switched between 30 and 35 lb sumo. Wall ball sit-ups. Step ups no riser.
