Partner workout

100 partner wall ball sit ups with the 14lb wall ball

100 cal on one of the machines

5 rounds10- 20lb slam balls while your partner does burpees
and then you switch

10- 25lb slam balls while your partner does burpees
and then you switch

each person will do a total of 100 slam balls

  1. This was a long one but really fun and challenging. Laura and I were partners and Dawn and Amy were partners. Laura and I did 100 cal on the bike. Ended up getting probably an average of 7 burpees per 10 SB, so about 70 burpees and 100 SB. 25lb SB was so much harder than the 20lb. Thanks Kendra for getting that for us!!
