Did this with Amy but unfortunately on my 10 rep round I looked at the clock and realized it never left 0:00. I bet it was at least 40 min long though. I did burpees over sand bag, push press and walking lunges. On the 50 reps I did step ups w/the bag instead of burpees. This was very hard!
Did this with Chelle, and we don't know our time, but it took forever and I am so sore. I did the 50 reps round with the sand bag but it hurt my neck so I did the rest with weights. Did step ups to 20 each round holding 8# was and finished the rest with burpees. Did push press with the 34# bar and did walking lunges holding 15# weights.
